Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Order Cancellation

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Leggings and workout bottoms are final sale unless defective

Return Process

2. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return
3. We will email you a Return Authorization Form and instructions
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the completed form

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Sale items are only eligible for store credit

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund. For size exchanges, we will ship the new size once we receive your return.

Defective or Incorrect Items
