- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
