Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, leggings and workout bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- We will email you a return authorization form and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the completed form

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit
Exchange Process
